Best Doctors services are available to members who have been diagnosed with, or suspect they (or a member of their family if they have purchased a Family membership or are part of a Group membership) may have any of the following medical conditions:
AIDS, Alzheimer’s Disease, Blindness, Benign Brain Tumour, Cancer, Cardiovascular Conditions, Coma, Deafness, Kidney Failure, Loss of Speech, Major Organ Transplant, Major Trauma, Motor Neuron Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Paralysis, Parkinson’s Disease, Severe Burns, Stroke
Members simply call Best Doctors at 1-877-419-BEST (2378) if they or their doctor suspects they may have any of the above listed medical conditions, if they have questions about their diagnosis or, if they need information about, and access to the best medical expert for their specific condition.
One of our Member Advocates, a Registered Nurse, will be personally dedicated to their case to look after all the details for them. Their diagnosis will be thoroughly analyzed by a world-class specialist best qualified for their medical needs.
Members and their treating physician will receive an easy-to-understand report summarizing the expert doctor’s findings, letting them know if their diagnosis and treatment plan are on target.
